OMU contains a FANTASTIC forum of artists, new and advanced, that give critiques and assistance to all who seek it -- whether they draw manga (as the name suggests) or not. A great learning and growth place for all artists.

Pose Maniacs

A great reference site giving mass amounts of images with perspective.  I find their Random Pose Viewer most awesome when practicing my figure.  All pictures come complete with accurate muscle structure.


DeviantArt

If you haven't heard of it, you have now.  DeviantArt is the most widely used art community on the internet to date.  It is a great communication source between other artists with an efficient and organized portfolio system.
